Lately so many of my days are starting out like this...and I'm getting kind of sick of it!
"Munchkin" wakes up and, in a feat that would impress Houdini, removes his diaper (along with any kind of pants he happens to be wearing...it's been too hot for real pajamas). He then proceeds to throw said diaper out of his crib, and plays with any residual poop that may be lingering on his cute little tushie. After a few minutes of this, he runs around his crib screaming like a banshee, jumping up and down and shaking the crib frame, until he breaks the only crib we have! He thinks this is sooooo funny!
I then take him to the bathroom for a bath, clean him up, fix the crib as best I can etc. etc. etc. and we go about our day. Quite often, this exact same scenario happens again when he goes to bed for his nap mid-day, however sometimes I get lucky and he only does it once every couple of days.
But this morning I was not so lucky.....and here are a couple of pictures to prove it!
Yes, he is NAKED!!!! :0) This picture doesn't show the broken part of the crib, but believe me, it's there!
Then it's time for a bath, during which (I forgot to mention) he enjoys turning the shower on while the tub is filling up and once the tub is full, he then likes to pull the plug so the water drains out. We go through this over and over again until he finally tires of it and starts to cry. That's my cue to quickly scrub him up and get him out.....NOW!
So, what's life like with an *almost* 18 month old? CRAZY!!!!! But I have to admit he is dang cute. Check out some more cute pics of him on my photography blog, Life in Moments Photography.

Ha ha! Pinch those cheeks. What a cutie. Sorry about the crib...and the poop. :)
Love it. Yesterday I had to quickly wash Alex's bedding between morning and naptime (and of course, bathe Alex) because he'd thrown up. Today, it was poop. I know exactly what you mean about life with an 18 month old. Plus, from what I hear, the name we both chose for our adorable little terrors is notorious for troublemakers.
